ReplyDeleteMake sure to activate this option in the skill screen then go to another screen, go back to the skill screen and u should have 99 UN skills.
Deletewhen i press 9 it doesnt say activated or anything the money works fine and i can hear it says activated
DeleteThat's because u are using the promo trainer, if u want the skill points to work u need to buy the full version.
